Wash and boil ur rice

Sliced ur tomatoes onions ugu and pepper

Boil ur fish and add ginger and garlice

Add ur tomatoes onions and groundnut oil to cook for 10mins.

Add your fish crayfish and ugu to boil for 5mins.
