Sausage and Potato Soup
Had this at a friends house and just had to add it to my menu.
Cooking Instructions

Saute sausage, onions & celery together. Then stir in seasoning for a couple of minutes to release flavors.

Add chicken stock. Heat to simmer.
- 3
Add potatoes. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
- 4
When potatoes are done, stir in half and half, then remove from heat.
- 5
Serve with garnish of parsley, chives or shredded cheddar.
