Soak Whole Monng for 4-5 hours and remove the remaining water. And keep aside for a day. You will get this after a day(image)

Now add tomatoes, grated Radish, carrot, beat root and all the remaining items.

You can add your choice of vegies.

One can add onion as well. I have avoided due to Navraatra.
