  1. 200 gmwhole moong
  2. 1carrot
  3. 1raddish
  4. 2tomato
  5. 2Beat root
  6. 1-2green chilli
  7. As neededMint leaf/Coriander
  8. 1-2lemon
  9. To tasteBlack Salt
  10. 1/2 tspJeera Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak Whole Monng for 4-5 hours and remove the remaining water. And keep aside for a day. You will get this after a day(image)

    Now add tomatoes, grated Radish, carrot, beat root and all the remaining items.

    Have it and enjoy

    You can add your choice of vegies.

    One can add onion as well. I have avoided due to Navraatra.

    Mint leaf will increase the taste and it will provide coolness to the body too.

  7. 7

    Tip- You can boil the Sprout too before making it
