Ada pradhaman

Ada pradhaman is a kerala traditional and special dish. Ada is also given as a prasadam to devotees at temples in Kerela. This dish is so healthy because we use jaggery instead of sugar.

Ada pradhaman is a kerala traditional and special dish. Ada is also given as a prasadam to devotees at temples in Kerela. This dish is so healthy because we use jaggery instead of sugar.
Steps

Boiled some water in a heavy bottom pan and add ada. To prevent ada from sticking to each other. Drain the water completely. Keep it aside for some time.

Crush jaggery and dissolve in water and strain it to remove impurities.

Put another pan, heat 2 teaspoons of ghee and fry the cashew nuts, raisins.

Again put another heavy bottom pan, put 2 pinch of jaggery heat it up, means to burn tha jaggery. Put milk and it gives you caramel flavour and colour.

Bolied milk and reduce it to half.

Add jaggery with ada and cook in medium flame until it thickens.

Once it's become thick add milk and all nuts, raisins. Keep boling for 10 min.

Serve it hot or chill.
