well I'm going to be honest its not really all of my recipe. I'm a real estate agent and I get Calender's to hand out to clients. One of which Is cooking based, I took home and tried these pancakes. The best I've had and I wanted to share!!

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 3 tspgranulated sugar (dont need to add)
  4. 2 tspbaking powder
  5. 1 cupmilk
  6. 1/4 cuporange juice
  7. 2small eggs (beaten)
  8. 3 tbspmelted butter or margurine
  9. 1 tbspgrated orange zest

Cooking Instructions

    Measure and mix all dry ingredients together including zest.

    Beat eggs and then add all wet ingredients together.

  3. 3

    Mix both wet and dry ingredients (usually wet on top of dry) and whisk together just enough to barely see some clumps, dont go toooo nuts.

    Heat pan and coat lightly with oil, butter or Pam so them cakes don't stick

  5. 5

    Cook at a medium heat and just long enough to get that spatula under. flip them suckers and allow them to cook just till there fluffy in the mid. Remember the only REAL pancake is a fluffy one.

    Cover in maple syrup, berries and powdered sugar!! you can add mint leaf, tangerines or kiwis too!
