Smokey Tofu Nuggets On Toast - Vegan Friendly.
Steps

Preheat oven at 180c / 350?F.

Mix soy sauce and avocado/olive oil together.

Add tofu/bacon/ham and mix well.

Spoon mixture onto an oiled baking tray and bake for 10-15 mins.

Heat soy milk to just below boiling point.

Add in the rapeseed oil and mix thoroughly using a hand held whisk.

While whisking constantly, add in the cider vinegar.

Add potato flour, mustard, ketchup and bullion powder and whisk constantly while bringing to a boil.

Spread bread slices with yeast extract.

Mix the tofu/ham/bacon unto the heated mixture and spread on top of the yeast extract on the bread slices.

Bake in the over for around 10mins- until golden and bubbling.

Cut in half and sprinkle over some cracked black pepper.
