  • 6Pork chops
  • 1/4 cupOlive oil or Canola oil
  • 4 cupWater
  • 3/4 cupketchup
  • 3 tbspBalsamic Vinegar
  • 1/3 cupHoney
  • 1 tbspWorcester sauce
  • to tasteSalt and Pepper

    Mix together all of the ingredients except for the pork chops to make a marinade and mix/stir it all together very well.

  2. 2

    Taste the mixture to make sure there is not one or two things overpowering another. You can add one or more of the marinade ingredients to fit the liking of your taste. I estimated the amounts based upon how much of each ingredient I usually use.

    Add the chops and let sit in the marinade for at least one hour. More is always better. I usually let mine sit in it overnight.

  4. 4

    Take the chops out of the marinade and brown on the stove over med high heat.

  5. 5

    When the pork chops are brown, pour in the marinade to cover almost the whole chop and simmer on med-low for an hour. You must continue to add the marinade to the saucepan as it gets low throughout the whole simmering process.
