Ingredients

5 mins
1 serving
  1. 1large egg
  2. 1portion rice (cooked)
  3. 1 clovegarlic
  4. 1green onion (scallion)
  5. 1salt and pepper to taste
  6. 1 tspsoy sauce
  7. 2 tbspOlive oil or any vegetable oil
  8. 1paprika to taste
  9. 1sesame seeds (optional)
  10. 1parsley flakes (optional)

  1. 1

    Crack an egg in a bowl and beat it with a fork

  2. 2

    Add rice in egg (raw, beaten) and mix well

  3. 3

    Add soy sauce to the mixture

  4. 4

    Add salt and pepper

  5. 5

    Add paprika to taste

  6. 6

    Mince a garlic clove and add into the rice egg mixture

  7. 7

    Heat a pan and add oil

  8. 8

    Chop green onions (scallions)

  9. 9

    Pour the rice egg mixture into the pan and add the chopped green onions (scallions)

  10. 10

    Stir fry on a medium-high heat

  11. 11

    Garnish with sesame seeds and parsley flakes
