Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsplemon juice
  2. 2 glasswater
  3. 3/4 tsproasted cumin pwr
  4. 1/2 tsprock salt
  5. A fewice cubes
  6. 1/4 tspblack peppers
  7. 2 tspsugar as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Take two glass of water in a jug.

  2. 2

    Add the lemon juice,sugar,rock salt,cumin pwr and pepper pwr.

  3. 3

    Mix well till the sugar dissolves.

  4. 4

    Adjust the sugar and rock salt as per taste.

  5. 5

    Add ice cubes.

  6. 6

    Serve immediately.

    You can also chill the shikanji in the refrigerator.
