  1. 2 cupfresh pudina leaves
  2. 3 cupswater
  3. 1 inchfresh ginger
  4. 1lemon juice
  5. 4 pepper seeds
  6. 1 cardamom
  7. 2 tspsugar or honey

    Make a fine paste of pudina and add one cup water and sieve it to one utensil. Make a fine paste of chopped fresh ginger in same mixer jar and add one cup water and seive. Add lemon juice and sugar and powdered cardamom and pepper. Stir it well and serve cold with ice cubes.
