Sabudana and carrots rolls

These rolls are crispy from outside and soft from inside.
Steps

Soak Sabudana for overnight. Assemble all ingredients.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Knead like a dough.

Make equal size rolls.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Slide one by one 3-4 rolls in hot oil. Fry them on medium to slow flame until golden brown.

Fry all rolls in same process.

Serve hot with curd dip.
- 7
For curd dip mix all ingredients in a bowl.
