In the same pan add spring onion leaving little for garnish then add capsicum green chilli sauce and soya sauce and cook well.

Boil the soya chunks with salt, then squeeze excess water and keep aside in broad vessel. To this add cornflour ginger Garlic paste green chilli paste and chilli powder and little salt for the cornflour.Then take oil in pan heat it add the soya and stir well. Do not deep fry. Keep aside.

After well cooked add the stir fried soya then add tomato sauce mix well and garnish with spring onion and serve hot with roti.
