Ingredients

  • 2boneless chicken breast
  • 4 tbspcream cheese
  • 1/4 cupshredded pepper jack cheese
  • 2 tspchopped green onion
  • 8 slicebacon

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut chicken into 4 equal size pieces. Pound breasts to about 1/4" thick.

  2. 2

    Mix together cheeses & onion. Put 1/4" cheese mix on each piece of chicken.

  3. 3

    Start at long side, roll chicken up, keeping cheese in the middle.

  4. 4

    Wrap 2 pieces bacon around each breast.

  5. 5

    Bake 30 minutes @375°.

  6. 6

    Broil top side about 5 minutes. Turn & broil another 3 minutes.
