Ingredients

  1. Cake
  2. 3 boxCream Cheese
  3. 1 cupgranulated sugar
  4. 3eggs
  5. 3/4 cupBailey's Irish Cream
  6. 1/2 cupsour cream
  7. 1 tspvanilla extract
  8. Crust
  9. 12Oreos
  10. 3 tbspbutter melted
  11. 1/4 cupchocolate semi sweet morsels
  12. 1/4 cupchopped pecans

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 325. Crush oreos. Combine crumbs with butter and press mixture in the bottom of a spring-form pan. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Beat cream and sugar together. Beat in eggs one at a time. Beat in Bailey's, sour cream and vanilla.

  3. 3

    Bake 65-70 minutes. Run knife around edges of pan while hot.

  4. 4

    One sides of pan removed, sprinkle pecans across top of the cheesecake and then drizzle with caramel and melted chocolate
