wash chicken pieces and drain all water

add salt and turmeric to chicken

in a blender add shallot, portion of chopped green onions, 4 cloves of garlic

dry roast the cinnamon and redy dy chillies and before it starts burning take it off from heat

now add roasted spices to onion and garlic blend and add a green chilly to blend to a near smooth paste

coat this paste on chicken and marinade it for 20 mins

now heat oil and add one diced green chilly and chopped onion/shallots

when it turns golden add chicken and all the marinade

cover and cook for 20 mins, stir every four or five mins

after 10 mins add one teaspoon tomato ketchup and salt to taste and the third green chily

cover and cook for another 10 mins and add half cup stock

serve hot
