Overnight soaked the saboot moongs,soak for 8 hours atleast

Grind them coarsely with half cup of water

Take the batter in bowl

Add ginger, garlic, chilli paste, salt, chopped coriander, onion, tomatoes mix well

Now take a non stick pan very little oil and spread the batter and make chilla on medium slow flame

Serve hot with green chutney or sauce
