  1. 6 ozFresh green beans ( you can use 12 ounce bag frozen
  2. 12 ozFrozen 3 pepper and onion blend ( fresh it would be approximately 2 medium bell peppers and 1 medium onion
  3. 1/2 cupgarlic water (from my garlicky red potatoes)

    Bring liquid to a boil , toss in the veggies, return to boil until beans are tender. Remove from liquid and serve
