Baingun bharta with green peas

Apply oil on Baingun and keep the jali on burner place the Baingun on it and roast it on slow medium flame for 15 mins

Let it cool completely and remove the burnt skin and chopped the baingun keep aside

Take a pan let the heat oil then put cumin seeds then Curry leaves, Green chillies, Galrlic,Ginger and saute

Now put Onions let them get little brown then put tomatoes and Bhuno it till 10 mins

Now add Green peas, Red chilli powder, Turmaric powder

Now add chopped baigaun and salt as per your taste

After 10 mins mix chopped coriander and off the gas

Garnish with Coriander and serve with Roti or Paratha
