  • 2 kglamb stewing pieces
  • 6 clovesgarlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tspPortuguese nice spice
  • 1/2 tsppaprika
  • 1 tsprajah curry powder
  • sprinkle of black pepper
  • 1large onion, chopped
  • 1/2red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2green pepper, chopped
  • 4 tbsoxtail powdered soup
  • 1 sachetbenny spice
  • salt if needed
  • 4 tbsoil
  • sprinkle of parsley
  • 2potatoes, chopped

    Marinade lamb with all spices and minced garlic put to rest for 30 minutes

    Add rajah and potatoes

    Add water and soup

    Add all peppers and parsley simmer until well cooked
