Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupLiquid Smoke
  • 1/2 cupSteak Sauce
  • 1/4 cupSoy Sauce
  • 2 tbspPepper (cayenne)
  • 1 lbDeer Meat

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut up deer in thin strips- 1 inch wide and not very thick

  2. 2

    Soak deer meat in liquid for 24 hours. Covered good and place in fridge.

  3. 3

    Bake for 4 hours at 350°
