Ingredients

  1. 1 lbItalian Suasage
  2. 1/2 cupheavy whipping cream
  3. 3 tbspgarlic puree
  4. 1/4 cupreal bacon pieces
  5. 10each chicken bullion cubes
  6. 10 cupwater
  7. 1large white onion chopped
  8. 3large russet potatoes sliced/cubed
  9. 1/4 bunchKale (chop removing membrane)
  10. 1 1/4 tspred pepper flakes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Saute' the sausage and red pepper flakes in a large pot until sausage is fully cooked. drain any extra fat and set aside

  2. 2

    Using the same pot, saute bacon pieces, onion, and garlic over medium heat until onions are soft

  3. 3

    Add chicken bullion to your bacon and onion mix and add water. Bring everything to a boil

  4. 4

    Once boiling, add potatoes and cook at medium heat for 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft

  5. 5

    Add heavy whipping cream and stir until heated

  6. 6

    Add your sausage mixture and stir

  7. 7

    Add chopped Kale and stir 30 seconds

  8. 8

    Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy
