6eggs
pinchsalt
2 cupsoil
2 tspvanilla essence
8 tbscocoa
2 cupsraisins
3 cupsoil

Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl

In a small bowl beat eggs oil vanilla essence and milk

Pour egg mixture into the flour and add raisins

Mix well and bake for 180'c in a greased muffin tin for 20minutes
