1boiling water
1 dasholive oil
1Bell Pepper
3Cherry Tomatoes (chopped)
1handful of dried apricots
1Handful of Pine Nuts
1 packagesBacon lardons

Steps

Place the couscous in a bowl and add 1.2 times the volume of couscous of boiling water. Stir in a dash of olive oil, cover and leave to sit.

Chop up the peppers, apricots and tomatoes.

Fry the lardons and drain off the fat.

Combine all ingredients once couscous is ready and enjoy!
