Ingredients

  • 22Nilla Vanilla Wafers, finely crushed
  • 1/2 cupchopped pecans
  • 1 packagescream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cupicing sugar
  • 1 1/2 cupcool whip or whipped cream
  • 1 packagesinstant chocolate pudding
  • 1 3/4 cupcold milk
  • 2 tbspbutter, melted (needs more)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix wafer crumbs, nuts, and butter. Press into a 9 inch pie plate.

  2. 2

    Bake at 350°F for 10 min and cool.

  3. 3

    Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until well mixed. Whisk in 1 cup cool whip and spread over crust.

  4. 4

    Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk for 2 min. Spread over cream cheese layer.

  5. 5

    Refrigerate several hours or until firm. Garnish with remaining cool whip just before serving.
