Ingredients

  1. filling
  2. 1/2 cupcorn
  3. 1/2 cupgrilled capsicum, diced
  4. Sprinkle of paprika
  5. salt and pepper
  6. 2 tbspmilk
  7. 3eggs
  8. 1 tbsptomato pesto
  9. extra
  10. puff pastry

Steps

  1. 1

    Oven on 180°c. Put all ingredients into a bowl, mix well. Taste. Season if needed.

  2. 2

    Muffin tray. With a round cookie cutter, cut out the puff pastry. Place puff pastry rounds in each section of the muffin tray.

  3. 3

    Pour a tablespoon or 2, over the puff pastry.

  4. 4

    Put in oven to cook. 10 minutes roughly. Until puffed up and golden brown. Serve.
