6strips bacon, diced
1 canblack beans, drained & rinsed
1/2 cancorn, drained & rinsed
sour cream

Cook spaghetti noodles and prepare avocado sauce. See my creamy avocado pasta recipe. Cook bacon till crispy.

Toss Avocado noodles with the beans and corn. Top with bacon and dalop of sour cream. Enjoy
