This is a fusion recipe
Steps

Semi crush the soaked chickpeas in a blender

Add chilli ginger garlic paste, chopped onion and mix well.

Add Fennel seeds powder and mix well.

Add coriander seeds powder, chopped coriander and rice flour and mix well.
- 5
Make medium sized patties of the batter and deep fry them till golden brown.
- 6
Serve hot with coconut chutney.
