  • 6Boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 canCream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 packagesFrozen Broccoli
  • 1 cupMiracle Whip
  • 2 tspLemon Juice
  • 2 tspCurry Powder
  • 8 ozShredded Cheddar Cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Flour & fry chicken breasts until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Cook broccoli until tender & place in greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

  4. 4

    Place cooked chicken on top of broccoli.

  5. 5

    Mix Cream of Chicken Soup, Miracle Whip, Lemon Juice, & Curry Powder until well blended. Pour over chicken & broccoli.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

  7. 7

    Bake for 30 minutes uncovered or until cheese is completely melted.
