Preheat oven to 350°F

In a medium bowl, mix together butter and graham crumbs.

Press crumb mixture into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.

Pour over crust.

Bake 40-50 minutes or until center is almost set.

Run knife around edge of pan to loosen cake.

Cool before removing rim.

Refridgerate cheesecske for 4 hours.

Serve with favourite topping
