divide wiped cream in 3 parts

in 1 bowl mix lemon juice and zest add some yellow colour if required

in 2 nd bowl mix orange zest and crush

in last bowl add strawberry crush and mix

take all of three flavour cream in piping bag

one by one pipe all of them in tart base as per nozel shape

last on orang and strawberry make a drope of jellyes

serve them chilled as a desertor party endrs
