Ingredients

  • 10chicken wings cut in half
  • 5 tbspfrankies hot sauce
  • 1 tbspred wine vinegar
  • 1 dashsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 200 ° c

  2. 2

    preheat fryer

  3. 3

    cook wings in the fryer till golden brown

  4. 4

    sprinkle a layer of salt over the wings and put them in to oven for 10 minutes

  5. 5

    put the sauce and red wine vinegar in a cup with half a teaspoon of butter in the microwave till the butter is melted

  6. 6

    put the wings in a pot and pour in the the sauce put a lid on the pot and shake well

  7. 7
