  5. 1/2 tspCinnamon
  6. 1/2 tspAllspice
  7. 1/2 tspPepper
  8. 1 tbspChili Powder
  9. 1 tbspWhite Vinegar
  10. 1Toe garlic
  11. 3Bay leaves
  12. 1 lbPasta - any kind
  13. 1Cheddar cheese - shredded

Steps

    Brown meat & onions

    Add rest of ingredients

  3. 3

    Cook slowly 4-5 hours (covered)

  4. 4

    Boil pasta & strain

  5. 5

    Ladle chili over pasta

  6. 6

    Top with cheddar cheese
