Ingredients

1 tbspWorchester Sauce
salt and pepper
1/2 cuphot sauce
8celery
2 mediumonions
3 tbspbutter
1 cupbread crumbs
4chicken breasts pounded thin
4 lbbutterflied pork tenderloin
1/2 cupolive oil (enough to coat the tenderloin and chicken)

Preheat oven or grill to 350°

Dice celery and onion

Sauté celery and onion with butter

Add hot sauce

Add breadcrumbs and diced chicken.

Stuff and tie tenderloin.

Coat with oil and salt and pepper

Sear with skillet or over hot coals

Cook until desired temp
10

Lets cool for 10 minutes then slice
