Dice potatoes and leave some bigger chunks, put into crock pot on high

Add all other ingredients (except cheddar cheese soup)

Once hot (2 hours) turn down crock pot and simmer until veggies are soft.

Add flakes, cheddar soup and continue simmering. Done when it tastes good!

Top with cheese and bacon (optional) freezes well.
