Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda,

Cut butter into cubes. Cut butter into dry ingredients.

Add buttermilk and milk. Stir until dough forms.

Roll out until 1/2in on floured surface.

Cut biscuits into 5in pieces.

Bake 22 to 24 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from oven. Let cool for 2 minutes. Brush top with melted butter.
