Fry the chicken and keep a side.

Heat oil in a kadhai & temered with dry masala

Add diced vegetable & saute for a minute.

Add kadhai gravy and bhunnou for a minute for kadhai gravy :- Pound the coriander seeds & whole red chilies.
Heat ghee in a Kadhai & saute the garlic paste until light brown.
Add the pound spices & ginger paste & saute for 30 sec.
Then add tomatos bhunno until fat comes out.
Add fenugreek & salt, stir sprinkle garam masala - 5
Add chicken and mixed it properly and adjust seasoning.

Garnish with coriander and serve hot with roomali roti.
