In a mixi jar take Roasted Chanadal and grind it to fine powder.

Sieve rice flour and roasted chana dal powder.

In a pan take water and add green chilli paste, Sesame seeds, cumin and salt.Bring it to boil.

When water comes to boil add both the powders in small batches.

Cook for 10 - 12 mins on slow to medium flame. Then transfer it in a plate.

In a bowl take all the ingredients for stuffing and mix well.

Make small balls from dough. Then flatten it in palm,put stuffing on it.

Give shape of bullets to it.

Deep fry all the bullets.

Serve with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
