1 cupseeds and inner kernel of parwal
2green chillies chopped
1 tablespoonpoppy seeds paste
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil for frying

Heat oil in a pan add green chillies chopped

Now add the kernel along with the seeds,saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Cover it well to let it become soft

Finally add Poppy seed paste and mix well adding sugar
