2 largechicken breasts
1 lbvegetables (frozen or fresh)

Place rice in bottom of crock pot, spread evenly.

Place chicken breasts in the crock pot & add your preference of spices on top of the chicken.

Add 4 cups of water.

Cook on high for 4 hours. Check about halfway through cooking time to determine if the remaining 1/2 cup water is needed.
