Steps

Place the pieces of the fillet on a clean tray

Crush the garlic cloves together with the ginger till you get the smooth paste

Add salt and the tumeric powder in the garlic and ginger paste and mix it well
- 4
Apply the paste on all the fish fillet pieces on the tray
- 5
Cut the lemon and squeeze the juice out of them and pour ontop of the fillet.

Let it marianet for 15 minutes
- 7
Put oil in the cooking pan and let the oil heat and start cooking the fillet. Make sure the heat is moderate
