Ingredients

  1. 3 ozGin (preferably Plymouth)
  2. 2Grated lemons zest
  3. 1lemon wedge for garnish
  4. 2Tangerine's grated zest
  5. 1 1/2 tbspHoney
  6. 1 1/2 tbspSugar
  7. 1750 ml Bottle of dry champage or other sparkling wine, chilled

  1. 1

    Combine the gin, lemon juice, tangerine juice, and honey in a cocktail shaker or any container with a fitted lid; cover and shake.

  2. 2

    Put the sugar on a small plate and sprinkle the lemon and tangerine zests on top. Rub the rims of 6 champagne glasses with the lemon wedge, then gently roll in the zested sugar.

  3. 3

    Divide the gin-citrus mixture among 6 glasses and top with champagne.
