  1. 1 can15.5 oz cannellini beans
  2. 1/2 canwater
  3. 1 clovegarlic minced fine
  4. 1 tspItalian seasoning
  5. 1 pinchcrushed red pepper
  6. 1salt and pepper to taste
  7. 1 loafcrusty bread
  8. 1olive oil, extra virgin to drizzle
  9. 1Fresh parsley to garnish

  1. 1

    Put beans with juice and water in pot over medium low heat

  2. 2

    Add crushed red pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Let simmer for 20 minutes

  4. 4

    Spoon beans over a few slices of crusty bread garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh parsley
