2eggs, separated
1 1/2 cupmilk
1/2 cupoil
1 3/4 cupflour
1 tbspbaking powder
1 tbspsugar
1 tspsalt

Spray grids and close and preheat.

In small bowl beat egg whites until stiff.

In large bowl beat egg yolks until thick.

Continue beating add milk, oil.

Add dry ingredients. Beat until smooth.

Fold in beaten egg whites.

Pour 1 cup batter evenly on hot grids.

Close lid and bake about 5 minutes.

Makes 3 (4 sections) waffles.
