Steps

Take a pan add 3 cup water along with soaked kidney beans and a pinch of salt cook for 20 minutes till the beans is soft.

Take a small bowl add all the spices mix well.

Take a kadhai, heat oil add chopped onion cook until brown, add garlic, green chilli cook for a minute.

Then add ginger and tomatoes and the spices mixture from the bowl cook for 7-8 minute.

Add the cooked Rajma cup of water or (drained water)cook for 20-25 minutes

Take it put a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves serve hot with plain Rice.

(For Rice) Wash the rice keep aside.

Take a pan, add water to it, let it boil.

When water start to boil add washed rice and salt, cook until soft switch off heat and drain the starch water.

Transfer Rice in a bowl serve hot.
