Ingredients

  1. 100 gWheat daliya
  2. 1small onion
  3. 4-5French beans
  4. 1green bell pepper
  5. 1red pepper
  6. 2green chillies
  7. 2tomatoes
  8. 1 tbspoil or pure ghee
  9. 200 mlstale curdled milk
  10. 1 litrewater
  11. To tasteSalt and turmeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chop all the vegetables

    Heat the cooker. Add ghee and green chillies, onions, red and green bell peppers and French beans and let them saute for a while

    Add salt and turmeric and daliya and chopped tomatoes and saute

    Add the milk and water and mix well and cover it properly

    Cook for 2 whistles and off the gas and let it cool down itself and serve
