Ingredients

1 cupOats
3/4 cupWater
3/4 cupBoiled moong dal
to tasteSalt
To temper
1 tablespoon ghee
1/2 teaspoonjeera
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
4broken cashewnuts
Few curry leaves
Pinchhing powder

Dry roast oats.

Add water little by little and cook.It should not become gooey

Then add quater cup boiled moong dal and salt.Mix well.

Give temper with ghee, jeera pepper powder cashew curry leaves and hing.Mix well

Serve with sambar or chutney
