Steps

Before starting the procedure,take water in a pot and start releasing steam of the water

Take all ingredients except for the ones for tadka and mix well and make a dough of it.

Make rolls of them and put it in the pot.Cook on the steamer for 20-25 minutes.

Take a fork and put it in a Muthia.If it comes out clean than it's ready if it comes out with dough let it cook more.

Let it cool down for 10 minutes.

Now cut it into round pieces.

Now take pan and put 1 1/2 tbsp Oil and then add mustard leaves,sesame seeds,dry red chilli and other ingredients for tadka.

Now add the muthia to it and mix well and then add Chilli Powder.Toss it on full gas and it will come crunchy.

For 2-3 minutes mix it nicely and your Muthia Dhokla is ready.

Serve it with Yoghurt and Garlic Chutney.Garnish with Fresh Corinader

If you want you may not add the tadka and serve it like that itself.
