Ingredients

1 cupKhajoor coarsely grounded
1/2 cup Almond coarsely grounded
1/2 cupCashew coarsely grounded
1 tbsp powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Ghee

Steps

Heat ghee in a pan.Add coarsely ground dates and saute well.

Add coarsely ground Almond and Cashew Saute well.

Now add powdered sugar and mix well. Turn off the flame. Remove into a plate and set aside to cool slightly.

Take small portion of mixture and make laddu. Roll in sesame seeds.

Dates laddus are ready to serve
