Peel and cut tindas

Peel Potatoes and cut into cubes

Heat oil in a pan and fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder,kee aside.

Now add oil and fry the tinda adding salt and turmeric,keep aside.

In the same pan add oil and temper the bay leaf and jeera seeds

Add Onions and saute till golden brown

Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes away

Now add tomato puree,jeera dhaniya powder and red chilli Powder and mix well

Add the fried veggies and mix well

Add water according to your need and cover.

Keep on a low heat

Finally add garam masala powder and remove from the oven

The curry is ready to be served
