Steps

Cut cabbage and wash it well.

Add wheat flour, gram flour,ragi flour, turmeric powder, coriander & cumin powder, chilli powder, asaefodita, baking soda and salt to taste

Prepare a dough with jaggery and tamarind water

Give the shape of muthiya by applying oil in your hand and place it in a Greeced plate

Pressure cook for 20 minutes

Cool it and cut into pieces

In a pan take some oil and put some mustard seeds and urad dal in it.when done add some asaefodita and curry leaves in it.add the pieces of. muthiya in it and leave it for 2 to 3 mins. off the gas and serve hot
